Complimentary Consultation (The start of your journey)

Not sure where to start ?

We offer complimentary consultations to figure out the level of support you need, this will also give us the chance to set a starting point. 

 

A starting point is always need so we can measure the improvements you will make, the type of testing we do will depend on your goal. Here are a few types of testing we offer - postural anylasis - weight - body fat - blood pressure - flexibilty tests.

Personal Training One to One

One to One sessions are the best way of reaching your goal whatever it may be, not only will you have One to One sessions you will have online support, social media support plus a detailed action plan of how to reach your goal. 

With workouts written for you when you are not with your trainer. 

 

All One to One sessions can be based in parks, gym's ( that allow private PT's in with clients), and any other enviroment that can accomadate the type of training needed. 

 

Before any training is undertaken a consultation must be arranged. 

 

 

Group Training Sessions

We know as experienced personal trainer that sometimes we like training together to push ourselves and have more fun when training. 

We offer group training (2 to 4 participants) that can be sessions in parks, runs or private gyms that allow group sessions to take place. 

These sessions can be taylored to what your group enjoy doing i.e bootcamp, circuit training, running groups, sports specific and many more styles. 

 

For these sessions a small consultation over emails is need prior.
