Having managed one of the largest clubs in London to Boutique health clubs Jeremy has seen it all.

 

Jeremy has worked with high profile clients, marathon runners, rehabilitation patients, weight loss and strength gaining individuals. Speacialising in bodyweight training and movement patterns. 

He has applied his trade all over the world having worked in London Notting hill to the Gold Coast Australia. 

 

Jeremy details every workout to the smallest detail, at the same time as tayloring everyworkout to you to make it as enjoyable and fun as possible. Having run three marathons and competed in high level sport over the years Jeremy has a great understanding of how the body works and what level of motivation is need to achieve great things.
